We ship worldwide from our UK, US and EU warehouses.

If you choose non-tracked shipping (if available), we cannot provide updates or process claims for lost packages.

Tracked shipping includes tracking details upon dispatch.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-sale items, which must be returned unused in original packaging.

For cancellations or refunds (not our error), PayPal fees will be deducted. This does not apply to refunds for damaged or lost items.

Order Cancellations

Contact info@rabbithole.club promptly to cancel orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available. You can check your pre-ordered items on the product page.

Customs & Duties

Customs/import duties may apply, and you are responsible for these charges. Unpaid duties may result in destroyed packages, which are non-refundable. Returned orders will be fully refunded.
