Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our two warehouses: one in the United States and one in EU.

  • Tracked Shipments: Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you after shipping. You can track your order from purchase to delivery. Tracking details will be provided for purchases made through Bandcamp and our Rabbithole Club web store (https://rabbithole.club).
  • US Shipments: Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail and typically arrive within 3 to 10 days, depending on USPS service.
  • EU/UK Shipments: Orders to EU/UK are typically delivered within 7 days, while shipments to the rest of the world (ROW) usually take 15–20 days. Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
  • Courier & Postal Services: EU/UK shipments are sent via postal service or various courier services. Your tracking number will indicate which method was used.

Address Errors & Returns

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email. In such cases, a reshipping fee will be required to send the package again.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order! However, due to the nature of physical music media, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that means a replacement (if stock allows) or a refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package has not arrived within 30 days (US orders) or 45 days (international orders) after shipping, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution if the package is confirmed lost.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their collectible and limited-edition nature, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases.

Order Cancellations

Contact info@rabbithole.club promptly to cancel orders. Orders are processed within 3 days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available. You can check your pre-ordered items on the product page.

Customs & Duties

Customs/import duties may apply, and you are responsible for these charges. Unpaid duties may result in destroyed packages, which are non-refundable. Returned orders will be fully refunded.
